Executive Overdrive LLC was founded in 2011 as a consulting and staffing firm. An engagement in 2013 implementing SAP Concur, a cloud-based Travel and Expense (T&E) solution, started the evolution to where the firm is today.
Great results during that initial SAP Concur engagement encouraged the client to expand scope. Conducting training classes, functioning as the help desk, maintaining setups and writing hundreds of reports. Report writing became a specialty and more clients followed.
Travel and Expense solutions are inexorably linked to key spending processes and initiatives. Travel bookings, policies, purchasing cards, corporate cards and compliance are common areas of scope. These Travel and Expense areas usually have one thing in common – responsibility is fragmented throughout the company. Each area is often just one component of a busy employee’s workload. Corporate wide visibility is a challenge. Opportunities are lost.
